Description: A really good NES emulator, it plays most games pretty well, and it has great sound support. The only problem with most NES emulators is that they don't have Joystick support.

Name: BioNES
Description: A very neat NES emulator that plays a lot of games. The only thing I know about this emulators origin is that the developer is either Chinese, Japanese or Korean. Only drawback is that it doesn't have Joystick support, so you can't play two players :(.

Description: The Best NES emulator for Linux. It works pretty well and has good compatibility :).

Description: A great NES emulator. Used to kick some major butt during it's times. It's a very fast emulator and can run all your games at full speed on a Pentium 100 :). Best for slower PC's!

Description: NesTen is one of the best NES emu's(if not the best). The features it supports are: 1 player, save states, SRAM support, Movie states, over 20 mappers and 5 sound channels (and VRC6). It will run on a pentium 166mhz at full speed. It has joystick support as well as support for Famicom disk System games

Description: I personally prefer this emulator, because it has many features and is coded by Jabo himself. This is a windows emulator that uses direct 3d. It supports Joysticks as well as Game Genie.
